My name is Anastasia Zubkova.
A few words about me. I graduated from P.Stradiņa University "RSU". I am a pharmacist. Over time, we came to understand that our mind and body are interconnected. Our diseases come to us for a reason, not because of weak immunity, the reason is incomprehensible and unclear, but there is a clear regularity between internal conflicts and the manifestations of the disease or symptoms. Initially, I gained knowledge in psychosomatics in the course of Vadim Sanzharov, Maria Timoshenko, then I studied at the Psy2.0 school, later under the supervision of Anna Pochekutova. I work with psychosomatics and use the Psy2.0 method in my work.

ACCESS BARS Session
Access bars - energy process. Access Consciousness releases the conclusions and limitations created by your thoughts, feelings and emotions. These are 32 points on your head that, when gently touched, release the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations that are preventing you from creating life. The American neurologist Jeffrey Fennin conducted a study: people were given an EEG (electroencephalography - a study of brain activity) before and after a session of bars. As a result, it turned out that after an hour session, the human brain was more relaxed than after an hour of meditation, and the shape of the cells from the elliptical returned to its healthy spherical shape, which made it possible to create more comfort with the body.

This massage combines different types of massage techniques, Reiki and essential oils. The Reiki energy in this slow massage allows life energy to circulate freely in your body.
